Then pass around and have the passengers write their name and check the number corresponding to their choice. There is also space if they need to write a temperature for a steak or other detail.<\/p>\n
Pro Tip: I always tell them to write any food allergies relating to their order by their name (or to put an asterisk if they do not want to write it but need to talk to me about it). This way even if I already have a note about the person\u2019s allergies I will not accidentally forget, and often they do not let us know allergies ahead of time.<\/p>\n
Also this is great because on the day of the meal you can pass it around the coach to remind the pax what they ordered and you do not have the situation of people forgetting or changing their orders and leaving people with the wrong food.<\/p>\n
