Photography Class for Passengers

Photography Class for Passengers

Give your guests a photography class on board the coach! This presentation offers simple and practical tips that anyone can start using right away. Whether they are new to photography or an old pro they will walk away with some new skills and great photographs.

Gone are the days of just having a few passengers passionate about photography. With great cameras on most phones, everyone is hoping to capture once in a lifetime moments like a pro. The problem is, your average person does not know much about photography and is constantly disappointed with the quality of their photos. Often they will blame their cameras or just say they are not an artistic person. In reality, there are simple fundamentals that everyone can learn to drastically improve their photography skills. By helping them improve you become the hero. One more way to go above and beyond your duties as a tour guide and provide a great experience for your guests.

When I first created this presentation I believed that a few people might find it helpful, but I have found that most everyone enjoys learning more about photography. After all, they have paid a great deal of money to see these sights that they may never see again.

I have included the presentation in two formats, PowerPoint (which you can also open in Google Slides), and Keynote for use with Apple products. You can edit them to add or take away content based on your needs. If you are using your laptop to connect, use the “presenter view” during the presentation. This allows viewing of the commentary for each slide on your laptop screen while presenting the presentation on the coach screens. If you want to use your phone or tablet to run the presentation I have included a PDF with all of the commentary that you can print out. If you would like more ideas and practical tips for using the coach screens, consider my “Fully Utilizing Coach Screens Guide”.
