Scavenger Hunt Combo Pack

Scavenger Hunt Combo Pack

Scavenger hunts are a great way to pass the time and get passengers to interact with each other and with the landscape. Personalities come out as some people want to distract others from seeing things while others want to make sure everyone sees everything that they see.

Specifically designed for motorcoach travel. This combo pack includes 3 scavenger hunts in 3 variations (one with just the scavenger hunt, two with additional games attached).

  • 3 different scavenger hunts:
    • Give them out so that no one has the same scavenger hunt as the person beside them. This is fun because people often want to find out who has the same scavenger hunt as they do so they can help each other. It also sparks conversation when passengers start comparing lists.
    • Can have everyone use the same scavenger hunt as well.
  • 2 additional variations of those same 3 scavenger hunts:
    • One set includes a word search on the back (filled with the words they are looking for).
      • This way when there is a slow time with not much to see they have another game to work on. You can choose to make this a fun extra or give a separate prize for the person who finishes first. If you would like the game to last longer require they finish the scavenger hunt and word search to win.
    • The other set includes a “people finder” on the back.
      • For each descriptor they need to find a passenger that corresponds and write their name (ex. Is a teacher- _________, owned a tractor_______, etc.). You can adjust for the size of the group, but generally I say that they can only use each person twice.
      • This can be a separate game or they must have it completed with the scavenger hunt.
      • This works best if you are going to have a little time off the coach soon where they can mingle (ex. They are waiting to board a ferry or for a show). If they are going to be on the coach you need to remind them that they need to remain seated for safety and not walk around to mingle. I will tell them to ask around at rest stops or when stop for meals.
